This blend IS our signature blend.  Everyone who tastes it LOVES this coffee.  An artful blend of South and Central American beans roasted to a delicious medium.

John might call it “full city” – but it’s a milk chocolate colored bean roasted just past the second crack, then immediately dropped from the roaster.  It’s nutty and fragrant with notes of citrus and chocolate.
